By booking anything with Tantra4GayMen (Workshop, Training, Course, Weekend, Festival, Holiday, 1-2-1 Coaching, App Membership, Tantra Love Academy Membership, or any other 'product', whether in-person or online), or registering as a member to our App or subscribing to the TantraLove Academy, you are agreeing to our ethics and to our terms and conditions

Using Our Services
The following terms and conditions form the basis of your contract with T4GM Ltd., United Kingdom (when booking any event happening inside the UK) or T4GM Inc, United States (when booking any event happening outside the UK or accessing any online events). Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations. When you are booking, we are entitled to assume that you have had the opportunity to read and have read these terms and conditions and agree to them.
These terms and conditions apply to any events and services that you book with us and which we agree to make, provide or perform (as applicable) as part of our contract with you. All references in these terms and conditions to 'course', 'event', 'booking', 'ticket', 'programme', 'workshop' and 'contract' mean such events and services unless otherwise stated. In these terms and conditions, 'you' and 'your' means all persons named on the booking (included anyone who is added or substituted by a later date) or any of them, as the context requires. 'We', 'us', 'our', ‘T4GM’, and ‘Tantra4GayMen’ means T4GM Ltd., United Kingdom (for any event happening inside the UK) or T4GM Inc, United States (for any event happening outside the UK or accessing any online events).
If you are younger than 18 years of age (UK) or younger than 21 years of age (US), you are not permitted to use our site, our app, or to book any events with us. By using this site or our app, you declare that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction. Also, we never collect or maintain information from those we actually know are under 18 years of age (UK) or 21 years (US), and no part of T4GM is structured to attract anyone under those age thresholds. Our website is not being used to promote or facilitate human trafficking, sex trafficking, prostitution or physical abuse.
You are responsible for your own mental, physical, and emotional well being and safety in your choice to participate in any part of a course or event. By booking, you declare to have understood that no liability can be accepted by T4GM for your well being and safety in any course or event. You are also responsible for your own safe practice throughout our courses and events. This means that in agreeing to attend a course or event, you are agreeing to safe practice whether that be of a sexual, mental, physical or emotional nature, i.e. not exposing yourself to health risks and not exposing yourself to situations you do not feel comfortable with, or where you feel you may be damaged or hurt on an emotional, physical and mental level. You agree that no practices in our workshops or events are mandatory. All exercises and activities offered are optional, participation is of your own free will, and any activity you choose to participate in is deemed as being between consenting adults.
None of our courses and events have sexual activity (defined as anal or oral sexual intercourse) as part of the programme. Rather, in our events and workshops there are multiple forms of physical touch involved. In that context, you are responsible for your own safe practice. From our side, we provide anti-bacterial gel, and you are advised and responsible for ensuring you use this when switching between partners in any exercises and activities that involve physical touch.
Our teachers reserve the right to withdraw any services to you at any time if they are concerned about your well being and welfare, but also without providing an explanation. This could mean that you are asked to leave a course or event because of those concerns. If this happens no refund will be offered. Also, if you are attending a course and event and you choose not to continue with the set programme structure, it is likely that you will be asked to leave the venue. Witnessing (watching) and being in the group space even though you may choose not to participate in the specific exercise is counted as being part of the programme. It is likely to have a detrimental impact to the group process if you are making a choice not to continue with the programme but wish to stay on the premises.
T4GM will not tolerate any form of aggressive, inappropriate or abusive behaviour towards their teachers, assistants, mentors, contractors, venue staff, other participants, and group members. Any such behaviour will be addressed and if not rectified immediately could result in you being asked to leave an event. Where you have been requested to leave a course no refund will be given.
When booking, it is your responsibility to inform us via our booking forms of any health conditions that you have that might affect others, or that might affect your ability to take part. This information is confidential between us and you. You are also responsible to notify us, in written, to any relevant changes in your health condition. You are also responsible for any needs or requirements you have relating to your health conditions. We and the venue will work with you to support you in what you need (where we reasonably can), but ultimately it is your responsibility to ensure those provisions. No liability can be accepted by T4GM for your health conditions and what you may need to support you. It is also your responsibility that you can safely undertake the programme and practices offered and you are responsible to state where you are unable to do any of them. We will work with you to try and find ways to make our programme accessible to you (i.e modifying exercises and practices to make them accessible).
Money exchanged for any courses, events or services is simply for time and companionship. Anything else that takes place is a matter of personal choice between two or more consenting adults of legal age. Anything implied or inferred within our webpages or our App is not to be taken as inducement for payment for anything other than time and companionship.
Your use of the Website and our App, and any disputes arising from it, is subject to these Terms and Conditions and all of its dispute resolution provisions including, but not limited to, limitations of liability and governing law.
By providing personal information to us you signify your consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to change by us at any time. We may modify any of the terms contained herein at any time in our sole discretion. We may add, modify or remove portions when we feel it is appropriate to do so. Any changes will be acknowledged here in a timely manner: You may determine when these Terms and Conditions were last updated by referring to the date at the bottom. If any modification to the Terms and Conditions are unacceptable to you, you agree that your only recourse is to terminate your usage of our services. Your continued use of the services following our posting of a change notice will constitute your binding acceptance of the change.
Any claim or cause of action you may have arising from, connected with, or relating to these terms and conditions or any related matters must be commenced within six (6) months after the claim or cause of action arises, after which time the claim or cause of action is forever barred, regardless of any statute or law to the contrary.
The T4GM logos are trademarks of T4GM and may be used publicly only with express written permission. Other trademarks and service marks featured by us on our website or in our app are displayed pursuant to licenses obtained from the owners and/or holders of those trademarks and service marks, and may not be used publicly without the express written consent of the owners and/or holders of such trademarks and service marks.
Except for public domain material and electronic messages, all materials on this site are protected by copyright and are protected under treaty provisions and worldwide copyright laws. Materials contained in any part of the site may not be reproduced, copied, edited, published, transmitted or uploaded in any way without our written permission.
The materials on our website and App are provided without any express or implied warranty of any kind, including warranties of merchantability, non-infringement of intellectual property, or fitness for a particular purpose. T4GM offers no assurance of uninterrupted or error free service. T4GM does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information, text, graphics, links or other items contained on our website or in our App. T4GM may change any of the information found at our website or in the app at any time without notice including the terms of service without notice. T4GM makes no commitment to update the information found at our website or in the app. In no event T4GM be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of information) arising out of the use or inability to use the material or information available on the website or in the app, even if T4GM has been advised of such damages. (Because some jurisdictions prohibit the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.)
Any financial information sent to us is encrypted (scrambled) using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This is industry standard encryption technology that protects your data whilst being sent over the internet from being intercepted and misused by third parties. Any payment systems we use and technology to take your booking, we are compliant with PCI DSS. Although we make every effort to create a secure environment for your personal information, T4GM cannot guarantee the safety of any personal information you transmit to us online.
Any claim or cause of action you may have arising from, connected with, or relating to this privacy policy or T4GM’s handling of your personal information, or any related matters must be commenced within six (6) months after the claim or cause of action arises, after which time the claim or cause of action is forever barred, regardless of any statute or law to the contrary.
The technology of our App is provided by Mighty Networks (www.mightynetworks.com). When you are using the App, in addition to these Terms and Conditions, Mighty Networks’ policies also apply. You can find them here: https://www.mightynetworks.com/policies, and by using the app, you declare that you have read and understood these policies and agree to them.
By signing up to and using the services of the TantraLove Academy (our online subscription service within our App), you also declare that you have read and understood the “Terms and Conditions and FAQs for the TantraLove Academy” (found below as part of the present Terms and Conditions) and the App Posting Guidelines (https://community.tantra4gaymen.com/posts/how-to-use-our-app-posting-gui…).
By booking an Event with us you agree to recieve our Joining Instructions for the Event and relevant Event Communication through the dedicated area for your Event in our Tantra4GayMen App (either in Groups, Spaces or Private Messaging). To use and access the App is Free to use.
Our cancellation policy depends on whether the course or event you booked is “residential” or “non-residential”. “Residential” events include the following: TantraLove Festival, The Tantra Experience, Diploma in Tantra (all modules and locations), Tantra Teacher Training, Tantra Coach Training, and all courses and events that include accommodation as part of your booking. “Non-residential” events include the following: Weekend workshops that do not include accommodation as part of your booking, and afternoon / evening events run by our facilitators.
If you need to cancel your booked place on any “residential” course or event, if the date of your cancellation is 4 months or less prior to the beginning of the event, no refund can be given. However, you are able to sell, transfer or gift your ticket to another person. You would be responsible for finding this person. We would require notification of this, please email us info@tantra4gaymen.co.uk to advise of any ticket name changes. If you need to cancel your booked place on any “residential” course or event, if the date of your cancellation is greater than 4 months prior to the beginning of the event, we will give you a 50% refund of the ticket price or tuition fee. No refund for food, accommodation or instalment charges can be offered. If you have chosen to pay by instalments and you decide during the instalment payment period to cancel your ticket, you are liable to fulfill your payment plan as agreed with us upon your booking, and, if you are eligible for a refund, we will pay you the refundable amount back after the completion of your payment plan.
If you need to cancel your booked place on any “non-residential” course or event, if the date of your cancellation is 1 month+ before the date of the course or event we will issue a credit note for 50% of the course/event cost to enable you to transfer this to a future course or event with us. Any credit or credit note with Tantra4GayMen expires after the 1st year anniversary of when the initial product or service was purchased. It is your responsibility to make sure you use the credit note within the expiry period. If you need to cancel your booked place on any “non-residential” course or event and it is within 1 month of the course or event we are unable to offer any refund or transfer to a future date.
Upon any cancellation, we reserve the right to try to re-sell accommodation and tickets. If we need to cancel a course or event for any reason within our reasonable control, we will give you a full refund of the amount you paid when you booked the course. If for any reason we need to cancel a course it is our aim to give you at least one weeks notice. Where we can we will offer you alternative dates / courses.
If the delivery of a course or event that you have booked is delayed, hindered, made inadvisable, made commercially impracticable, made illegal, or made impossible to perform, by the occurrence of an unforeseeable act or event which is beyond the reasonable control of T4GM (“Force Majeure Events”), we shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of our obligations to deliver the event. In such a case, we cannot offer you any refunds. However, at our discretion and only if commercially practicable, we might offer you to transfer to a future event. Acts or events constituting Force Majeure Events shall include (but not be limited to) Acts of God, major natural disasters, wars, major political unrest, disease and epidemics, government intervention, directives or policies, and other circumstances beyond T4GM’s control.
Covid-19 – Please see our Covid Updates for the terms you agree to when purchasing to attend an event with us. Namely you agree that if we are unable to deliver the event due to any Covid restrictions (laws about social distancing, travel or other restrictions) that we will move the event to a time when it can take place. If you book an event and it can not take place due to any Covid-19 restrictions, that you agree we can transfer you to the newly arranged date, or that you can transfer to any other programme (of the same value, or pay the difference). We cannot offer refunds and you book an event not seeking any refund if we need to postpone the event due to Covid-19. Our promise is that you will get the Course or Event you have paid for and you will not loose anything. Please email us jason@tantra4gaymen.co.uk if you wish to seek an clarity around this.
Tantra4gaymen are committed to the highest ethical practice. This is laid out in our ethics section on the website. In signing up to the Terms and Conditions, you are also agreeing to those as laid out in the ethics section.
T4GM can not offer any liability to you for any part of the services it offers. Each venue T4GM uses has its own public liability insurance and any claims regarding the venue should be directed to the venue owner/manager. It is your duty to ensure your own personal safety. No liability or responsibility can be taken by T4GM for you. You will need to ensure you are mentally, physically and emotionally able to engage in the course programme. If you have any concerns you are responsible for your own duty of care to yourself and as such should seek appropriate advice before undertaking any course.
STI’s (Sexually Transmitted infections) – It is your responsibility to ensure that you do not have any STI’s (e.g. Herpes) that can be transmitted to another person. If you suspect that you have any symptoms at all, it is your responsibility to ensure you are cleared by a medical physician that you are non-transmissible to others. If you notice that you or another participant has any STI symptoms, it is your responsibility to alert the facilitator immediately. Even with our abundance of care in our safe sex guidelines and availability of protective items (i.e. gloves and anti-bacterial gel), we (T4GM) cannot be responsible of liable for any transmission of STI’s or anything that is transmissible to others.
We maintain this website as a service to our customers, and by using our site you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms of use. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully, and check them periodically for changes. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions, you should not review information or obtain goods, services or products from this site.

These bodyworkers/masseurs are in no way part of T4GM; they are self-employed and work independently; we only offer them advertisement services on our website. This means using their services is at your own responsibility, any arrangements you make with them is directly between you and them, and no liability or claim can be accepted by T4GM for the delivery or quality of that service. Also, T4GM does not warrant that the information on and provided via the website will be free from errors or omissions. All bodyworkers/masseurs advertising through us are required to be at least 18 years old.

To see the TantraLove Academy Events, just click on the “Events” section from the menu (typically on the left hand side) from inside the TantraLove Academy.

Is my TantraLove Subscription Cancelled if I close my App Account?
Closing you account the Tantra4GayMen App DOES NOT stop your subscription. Your subscription is managed by our subscription provider and you can log into your subscription here: – https://t4gm.paywhirl.com. The only way to stop your subscription is by logging in and cancelling your subscription. And if you need any help, please follow the help provided above.
How do I change my Subscription Payment Details?
To change your payment details, just log into the subscription service here: – https://t4gm.paywhirl.com and click on “Payment Methods” to change those details.
How do I cancel my Subscription?
To cancel your subscription you need to login into the subscription service: – https://t4gm.paywhirl.com with the email address and password you created when you signed up and created your subscription. Once you cancel your subscription it will no longer take any monthly payment and your access to the TantraLove Academy will be removed. We cannot offer any partial refunds for parts of a month’s subscription. When you cancel your subscription it means that you will no longer be billed.
Just before you choose to cancel your membership I would also ask you to consider a couple of things. If you enjoy using the App, the TantraLove Academy finances the app. When Covid-19 happened all of our income was turned off overnight as we have been an Events based Organisation. Right now we have no idea when we can run our In Person Events again and so in the interim, your subscription contributes to the App. The App costs us circa $50k per annum and it is free for use, but with the extra Live workshops being offered in the TantraLove Academy and asking for a subscription. This subscription fee is financing the App, and if you felt able to, and that you want to support the continuation of the App, even though you may not use the Academy, you might choose to support the wider App with your subscription.
This is only a request and equally I appreciate many of us are also financially constrained right now, but, if you were and felt able I would be deeply grateful.
You are free to continue to use all other free areas of the Tantra4GayMen App as before and you are welcome to re-join the TantraLove Academy at any time.
I can’t afford the TantraLove Academy anymore
The monthly subscription to the academy is $25 per month. This gives those members access to 100+ live workshops every month and that money helps to sustain and pay for the app, as well as the administration to arrange those workshops. For some people $25 per month is easy, and we welcome those contributions. For some $25 is unthinkable and unaffordable and for those persons we want to make sure that the academy and all those workshops are still accessible to them. So we operate a NOTAFLOF (no one turned away for lack of funds) policy to support this. If you are finding that $25 a month is too much for you to afford, please email me (jason@tantra4gaymen.co.uk) what could work for you (even $0 is ok to) and I will give you a promo code to give you that discount.
What does my Subscription fund?

Right now we have no idea when we can run our In Person Events again and so in the interim, your subscription contributes to the App. The App costs us circa $50k per annum and it is free for use, but with the extra Live workshops being offered in the TantraLove Academy and asking for a subscription. This subscription fee is financing the App, and if you felt able to, and that you want to support the continuation of the App, even though you may not use the Academy, you might choose to support the wider App with your subscription.
The App remains free to use.
Promo Codes – Special Promotions
From time to time we offer special promotions and give out “promo codes” for free time periods to sample / use the Academy for free. We make the free promotion time clear in the promotion messaging. When you sign up using your promo code with free time, you are subscribing to our service. The promo code gives you a free time period. Once that period has expired you will charged as per our normal monthly fee of $25. You are free to cancel at any time and provided you cancel before the end of the free promotion time, you will not be charged at all.
