I was born in sunny South Africa and moved to London to explore life. I currently practise as a Somatic Psychotherapist, Sexological Bodyworker, Body Poet, Tantric Masseur, Touch Facilitator and Teacher. I practice as an individual and group therapist for individuals seeking personal transformation or recovering from addiction. After many years working as a dance teacher, fitness trainer, and educator, my passion inspired me to seek a deeper understanding of the relationship between mind, body and spirit. My experience in using movement allows me to creatively restore natural movement and energy flow in the body. I bring my full passion, heart, love and high energy, guiding and supporting men on their personal journey of self-discovery and empowerment.
“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our Light, not our Darkness, that most frightens us.” --Marianne Williamson
My journey in Tantra started three years ago when my longing to reconnect to my sexuality and sensuality was calling. I was missing feeling connected to my life force... my sexual, erotic and sensual energy.
My first introduction came when I had a Tantric journey session with a Diploma in Tantra graduate. After a two-hour journey of pure love, joy, intimacy, ecstasy, and bliss, I felt more connected to myself and my body than ever before. I felt alive, seen, and connected -- a profound experience of coming home. It makes me feel alive and free. It is my passion to share this with other men on the same journey.
Why I Facilitate
My own journey in reconnecting to my own sexulaity, sensuality and life force calls me to bring that alive in other men. Moving beyond the contracts of our mind allows for a profound deep soul connection with each other free form expectations and projections held in LOVE. I have a passion for teaching sensual, soulful, consensual touch and intimacy through movement and breath work. Seeing and being in touch with yourself makes it possible for you to create connections and be seen by others to see you.
Our lives condition us to where we experience things not aligned with love. Shame, guilt and judgements. Of ourselves, of others. And without being aware of that, that is our lived life. These thoughts and feelings build our values and beliefs that are not aligned to our good. They can keep us miserable, unhappy and in a dejection.
