"I thought you might wish for a bit more specific post course feedback given that the ritual session was so deeply powerful and dealing with some pretty ingrained stuff for me. For the first time this morning I managed to fit in a Chakra breathing meditation.
I had a very different experience to that which I have been having for months, no feelings of unworthiness at all, both 2nd and 3rd Chakra energy charged up very differently and the power in the yellow chakra was indeed energetic, strong and good not full of fear. Some very clear evidence that I have indeed forgiven myself, been released and moved on. My third eye chakra felt smooth and I was not in fear at all as to what it might open to me and my top chakra felt like it was opening up not just spraying energy. I really feel like a huge block that has been around for years has gone.
